We always choose fast and secure shipping, however, are not responsible for treats that may melt or become damaged in transit. Hearty Horse Cookie Company is independently owned and operated by Annie Boman. With a Bachelors of Science in Equine Studies and 22 years of being covered in horse slobber, knowing what horses and owners want in a treat is second nature!

What is in your treats?
All treats, with the exclusion of the skinny muffins, have only 4 ingredients in them. Organic whole wheat flour, organic flax seeds, blackstrap molasses (lowest in sugar of all the molasses) and our secret flavor extracts.
How long will they last?
The treats themselves will last up to 6 months if kept in a cool, dry place. The icing may begin to bleed or blotch after about 2 months but sometimes sooner. All treats are made to order so you can always count on your equine bestie getting the freshest batch!
My horse is super picky, do you think I should try them?
Even the pickiest of ponies love our treats! Our secret flavored extract blend make them smell and taste amazing (yes humans can try them too!) If your horse is a fan of peppermint, we recommend the Minty Crush Muffins. If not, our Pop Trots have been a huge hit in every barn!
Shipping is a little steep, how come?
Molasses based treats are heavy! While we are experimenting with different carriers to get all of our customers a better deal, keep an eye out for free shipping promo codes and sales!
